Our programs are designed to be safe spaces where girls can build confidence and discover their purpose. We are committed to fostering a resilient mindset, inspiring them to pursue their ambitions and giving them the tools to overcome challenges with determination.

  • Exceptionally Me Mentoring Program

    Exceptionally Me provides a safe and empowering space for young Black women to explore who they are and who they aspire to become. By fostering connections with professional Black women and centering the voices of girls of color, Exceptionally Me prepares participants to lead with confidence in school, work, and life.

    The STEAM Ready Scholarship Fund empowers D.C. teen girls—especially Black girls—to pursue STEAM degrees at HBCUs. By championing academic excellence, economic mobility, and representation, the initiative closes opportunity gaps, inspires leadership, and affirms that Black girls belong and can thrive in innovative fields.
